below is a link for self help for self injury. reading this material is a start to some self help. i can understand that you do not want to talk to your family and friends. i still highly recommend that you seek counseling from a mental health professional or psychologist. you need to share some or your pain, with a professional who will understand you, and give u the treatment u need and deserve. a lot of people with problems don't want to go to family and friends, because they sometimes think "they will think i am crazy" don't worry you are not crazy. you just need some extra help in your life at this point. good luck life can get better for you

Talk to friends and family they will help. If you can't do that find a counselor. There are many government and church counselors to talk to for free.

go to a new doctor, tell him whats going on , he will either treat you or send you to someone who can.
