believe it or not unless you brain is damaged underdeveloped or generally dysfunctional your body controls not your mind but you brain. Your organs in your body have a direct relationship to your brain your pancreas regulates blood sugar blood sugar really influences your mental state of being. Your thyroid if not functioning right can cause mental disorders such as depression
and memory problems not to mention confusion. Men with low testosterone have low self asteem poor self image and experience memory problems. Your brain has receptors for every organ in your body it tells your body to sleep and regulates all hormonal systems. So in a way your brains in control but in cant help a faulty organ or poor diet. what you eat can affect your body which affects your brain neurotransmitters and all.

What is the mind without the body? Nothing.
The mind does not exist without the body.

What is the body without the mind? Useless. Dead.
The body can not exist without the mind.

Thus, we conclude the mind is the body.
QED.
