Hey girl I feel your pain I am going through the same thing! But I got rid of my stomach in almost 3 weeks just by doing certain things. Exercise at least every other day...but it has to be consistent because even is you skip one day you will get lazy and not want to continue. Have a nice run for about 30 minutes and then do some crunches, squats, and flutter kicks. What would really help is if you lifted ur feet up about 6 inches off the ground while laying on your back and just keep them there for as long as you can. Also, take all greasy, fatty, sweet stuff out of your diet. Eat lots of protein for example fish and stuff like that. I know it sounds crazy but you should also eat lots of carbs like pasta because carbs burn fat.And most importantly drink lots and lots of water. Do not drink anything else, but water (okay maybe milk too). All drinks have sugar and syrup in it, and that stuff goes directly to your stomach. Do not cut down on how much you eat, just what you eat. If you starve yourself, it causes your metabolism to slow down and when you do eat you will gain more weight then usaul. Well good luck, and stay away from beer....that will definetly not help :)

you can't spot train to loose weight in one specific spot you have to lower your overall bodyfat %. Cardio 20-30min 3-4 times a week at least. A healthy balanced diet and drink a gallon of water a day. Drinking lots of water actually makes your body store less water.

you do need to do cardio. get a pilates for abs video. Just eat healthy. Cut down on (or cut out) sugar and white flour and rice. Eat lean meats, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, fruits, etc
