I have Keratosis Pilaris which looks like bumps on back of my arms and legs. Its really unsightly and I barely wear short sleeves because of it.. what can I do to get rid of them or make them less noticeable?

You're not alone.... about 50% of all people have it to some degree.
When you shower or bathe, try to scrub off as much dead skin as you can and then moiturize! Lots of moisturizing! Baby oil is good. Also 'Renew Intensive Skn Therapy'.

I get little bumps on the backs of my arms sometimes, but I don't know what it is caused by.

I slather on baby oil in the shower, on all parts of my body after washing, then just pat myself dry. The oil helps your skin retain a lot of moisture, and that got rid of my bumps. Hope this helps.
