take an advil or tylenol or asprin, thats totally normal to happen at that time.

mydol and sex reduce cramps and headaches... yes sex while ur on ur period I used to rub the lower stomach area of my ex kinda like a tummy massage she said it helped a lot too hey if it kept her calmed down from PMS breakdowns its good

IM NOT SURE BUT I DO KNOW THAT ALL WOMAN NEED EXTRA IRON.TRY TAKING VITAMINS SUCH AS ONE-A-DAYS FOR WOMEN.
