I know this is a gross question but im worried. I just got over my period and I noticed that the outside of my vagina is swollen. I havent been sexually active for a year so i know its not an std or something like that. What could it be?

after about an hour of crying I finally can open up my eyes, but there's no possible way to breathe, my eyes are very very irritated, and I'm sweating perfusely, this is worse than torture!!!!

I'm 17 years old and for about a year now I've been prescribed klonopin for general anxiety. I started at 0.5 mg which worked ok until recently when I requested my dose be increased to 1mg pills. The script is written out to take 1 two times a day.. but I usually take 2 or 3 every night, and that's it. It lasts about 8 hours I think. So anyway, I've been developing a sort of addiction now where during the day I have this really noticeable rage, and i'm very irritable. It doesn't go away until I take my nightly double dose of klonopin. What should I do? Try to cut back to 1mg twice a day? The problem is for me it seems to be most useful as a 'chill pill' before bed. I don't like being all sedated and apathetic during the day, but I don't like having male PMS either. Please don't give me answers like "Oh you're 17, don't take it at all." I do need it.

Obviously a doctor has ways and can know for sure if you have cancer but, if you're just going to the doctor for a cold or some minor thing how would a doctor know to look and see if you have cancer? Does it have symptoms or say you have it and you don't know it but you never go to the doctor how would you find out? I'm just confused about this. Because the doctor isn't going to just be like ok now let me check for cancer at some random moment at you're appointment for strep throat or something. Anyways I don't know if I'm just rambling on or if this makes sense but I don't know how else to describe what I'm trying to ask.

For the last 20 minutes I've been trying to force myself to throw up a peice of pizza that I have eaten. It's really starting to annoy me, I've tried sticking things down my throat and just forcing myself to,but I can never throw up! I've tried not eating anything, but I always fail and eat something..so then I just try to throw it up and I can't! It's so frustrating and when I do throw up it's just really thick spit or just a small portion of the food I've eaten. Do you have methods of throwing up?

Ok, I'm not just talking about Diet Pepsi. There are some diet sodas that have NO calories, NO sugar, and almost NO Sodium. These are like Fresca, Some Diet Pepsi/Coke, and other no-name brands but I don't know if they are still bad for you. When I look at the the Nutritional facts on the can there is almost nothing that would even separate it from water other than the fact that it's carbonated. Are they still healthy, or what's wrong with them?? Pros & Cons if you know any too.. Thanks!

I go to sleep at 10-11 every night and have to get up about 6:30. My live-with boyfriend gets up at 6 and takes a shower etc. Then he tryes to wake me up. Well, I don't really have control over myself, I guess I'm still mentally asleep. But I scream bloody-murder, cus, kick and punch... yah, I'm downright violent. The more aggressive he gets to worse I am. Eventually, I come to my senses and drag my hiney out of bed. But then, until I've had my breakfast, I'm the living devil. It's gotten to the point that he's scared of me in the morning and it's starting to seriously affect our realationship. If I try to wake up on my own it just doesn't happen. If I have some good motivation I'm better. But thats not often. Just thinking about getting up and trying to motivate myself is virtually useless. My poor boyfriend and I are in desperate need of help!!! Would finding and working with a therapist with knowledge in this area be useful?

My father died almost a year ago but I still cry tears over him every day.See he was very special He was super intelligent and I really loved him but he had diabetes and my mom used to fight with me and him because of sweets because I said Mom he is 88 and if he wants sweets let him have some.Well she told me if he doesnt watch his diet he will get an infected foot that wont heal up.well sometimes I would let him have stuff because I wanted him to be happy.Anyway what she said is exactly what happened.He ended up with gangrene and he died a really horrible death.I feel so guilty and I miss him so bad.At the time I felt so sorry for him because he wanted to eat sweets and I thought well this is no life but Now I feel like maybe I helped kill him.I mean maybe he would still be here if I had been real strict like mom.

im 22 and 5 foot 7inches (1meter 70), i weigh 114 lbs (8stone)
should i gain 7 lbs (8.7 stone), or is my weight okay, i keep getting mixed answers from everyone.

also it a 24 inch waist okay or a 26 inch one
and a 34 inch hip okay or a 36 inch one,

thanku for your help, its embarrasing else where,
am i okay or should i be curvier, it bothers me a bit.

im interested in my own age group because older people always, always say you should be fatter! also i dont trust there choices.

I know there isn't any. ancedotal evidence doesn't count...placebo effect is at work here, thats all these preparations are just expensive water. Buyer Beware!
