Do you Mean Basophilia or Eosinophilia (Mentioned for Parasitic Infections, but also Elevated In Allergies)?

You mean Eosinophilia. That means you have a lot of eosinophils in your blood. They are special white blood cells that attack parasites. Having a lot of eosinophils means you probably have some parasitic infection. See your doctor about getting tested and treated.
