It could be a trigger, like a light (too bright or bright enough) or a certain smell.
I get migraines occasionally and still can't figure out what triggers them.
Try to see what is in or around your bedroom that isn't anywhere else in your house.
Good Luck!

You are getting a migraine from something in your bedroom. You need to get someone to remove everything from the bedroom and totally clean the walls and carpet with a non toxic cleaner and wipe all the furniture down etc. Then return the furniture to the room EMPTY and go in and see if you get a headache with just the empty furniture in the room. If you still get a headache then you may have to remove the carpet if you the room is carpeted. Once you can go in the room without a headache start putting your clothes and shoes back in but leave your makeup or other things till last and take those in only a couple at a time so you can find out what is triggering the headaches.

Is anything in your room new, like carpet or a rug, paint, wallpaper, etc? There is something called sick building syndrome that affects people in new or tightly sealed buildings. It has to do with the fumes given off by new carpet or such. Can you open a window a bit to see if it goes away? Or you could try what a previous answer suggests and clear out the room and scrub it down good but when you reload it, do it a piece at a time and see if you get the headache after bringing in a certain piece of furniture. Things made in other countries sometimes contain toxic stuff. My son bought a futon and the mattress had been treated with some kind of insecticide that made him very ill.

do you have flourescent lighting in your bedroom? that always gives me a headache. if so, replace with some small lamps. also, could be a smell that's bothering you...get rid of any candles or incense.

You probably have allergies to something in your room (could be mold behind the walls?). Go get tested by your doctor.

Do you have new carpeting? New carpet contains formaldehyde which can cause headaches and also light-headedness.
