Are you asking about health or calories? A healthy meal is not always low calorie, and a low calorie meal is not always healthy. I would probably sub in low fat cheese, but otherwise it seems healthy enough. You could use fat free cheese or 2% cheese - either is better than regular. There are many nutrients you need which are not in there, but that is why you eat different things throughout the day, so it is ok. (I'm assuming you don't eat this for every meal) Throw a few slices of turkey on there and fold it in half. You could probably use the protein.

That is not a lot to eat. I don't think you want to cut more calories out unless you can find a cheese slice that has less calories. The main thing is to eat a variety of foods, especially vegetables and fruit. Try to get a lot of fiber in the foods you eat. You only need a very small portion of lean meat. It is probably a healthy meal to eat at lunch but you need a more balanced diet as I said.

Its alright but, use white cheese (reduced fat) its healthier the portion it should be no bigger than a match box. I'm on diet and i eat more than that 2 slice of whole meal bread still in safe side.

ahahahahah....listen honey, the only way to eat is to have a little bit of everything..forget all that crap about too many carbs and blah blah blah...In Italy, all they eat is carbs and they have one of the longest average lifespans in the world!! Look, all you need to do is eat some fruits, veggies, carbs, proteins, dairy (all in good portions, mind you) and relax. All the good eating and exercising will do nothing for you if you are stressed all the time...think about it...is it not possible for you to still get cancer even though you have eaten a life of healthy foods??? YES! so, enjoy life, don't stress over food too much, yet be sure that you aren't killing yourself in the "I'm just living life" attitude....hope that makes sense! Well, happy living!

You shouldn't cut more calories but think of adding a little lean meat maybe.

Not bad. It would be better without cheese, not because of calories but because there is healthier stuff to eat then cheese.

You need more than just that for a meal. You have to eat a balanced diet if you want to control your weight but still stay healthy.
