Im 18 years old... im sexually active.. i havent haven't had a period in 3 months.. so i decided to take a pregnancy this morning for the earliest urine.. it said it was negative.. well right after i started to bleed real lightly.. like maybe a little line of blood.. and after that line of blood i never did bleed after that ... what do you think it might be.

well spotting could be a sign of pregnancy....... wait a week and take another test....if it is negative go see a doctor....but dont stress about it.....that will just make everything worse....good luck!!!!

Several things can cause missed periods. Since you are sexually active, you could have an STD or just an infection of some kind. How is your body weight? Too little fat is not good and can stop periods. Anorexics/Bulemics tend to have that happen if they lose too much weight.
In any case, it has been 3 months, so you should see doctor who can do a thorough examination and run tests to determine what is really wrong with you.
No real doctor will diagnose you on an internet board like this. You need to see a doctor in person.
