Ok, I'm not just talking about Diet Pepsi. There are some diet sodas that have NO calories, NO sugar, and almost NO Sodium. These are like Fresca, Some Diet Pepsi/Coke, and other no-name brands but I don't know if they are still bad for you. When I look at the the Nutritional facts on the can there is almost nothing that would even separate it from water other than the fact that it's carbonated. Are they still healthy, or what's wrong with them?? Pros & Cons if you know any too.. Thanks!

Pros: calorie free, but taste sweet

Cons: soft drinks, especially the diet kind, erode the calcium in the bones, so in my opinion, ditch the siet soda and grab a carton of skim milk!
