Am 24 yold.Never been too thin in my life but never been too fat either.I was always a normal weighted girl 60-65kg.I was quite active excercising on a normal basis.When I went abroad for studies i put on 20kg with no reason.I just couldn't stop eating.(There isn't any health problem or anything)Then,i finished my studies came back home and lost 15kg in 2 years time with different kind of diets.Then i stopped for a year and was stabilized to 75kg.The last year i am under a healthy nutritionist program.The first 4 months i lost 5kg and now it's been 5 months that i am not following the nutrition given to me and am going up and down,70-75kg.Am excersing regularly as well.My boyfriend is happy with the way i look but i don't feel ok with my self.I need to get my self together but i don't know how.It seems that am not that stressed with my weight any more,now that i am with my boyfriend.But i don't want it to be this way!!!I need to lose 10kg!!!Any suggestions?

It is for me (an adult) bringing up a young child on my own, so I don't want to catch it at the same time as he does as I will be less able. I have been tested and have no immunity to it.

I fell on my arm yesterday, I can move my arm,elbow,fingers etc. But I have some swelling above my wrist thats tender to the touch and feels tight (if that makes sense). The rest of my arm has no pain. Could I have broken it? Thanks for your help.

i get so nervous and ill start to shake, and sometimes i get the gitters, its so bad,and sometimes when im with my friends and when they tell jokes i cannot even laugh,i put my head down and start to get nervous,it almost looks like im going to cry.this really has hurt my life,feeling like i cannot be around people because of my nerves,can anyone relate?

...7 months ago! I'm dead proud of myself & I feel confident that I wont start again. The only problem is the amount of weight i have put on, about 20 pounds! I find myself constantly snacking & cant seem to stop myself. I try & eat healthy & i have also joined a gym. But how can i stop myself having the urge to snack?
It's really getting me down as I have always been a healthy weight without having to think about what I eat... now its the only thing i think about!

Hey guys i had unprotected Oral sex with my girl friend, Im getting all paranoid, some times my head gets a little dizzy , and somewhat i feel tired every now and then. Also last night i found a small little bump on the shaft of my penis, the bump isnt really all that visible , but it hurt when you touch it and i also have pelvic pains but no pains when i urinate. Is this herpes? Warts? Please help me.....

Since yesterday every time I have to use the bathroom my urine comes out with a pink tinge to it. There is also alot of pressure when I am going. I also have had a severe headache for 2 days now. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Any ideas as to what this can be? I have a call into my dr. but they arent sure he will be in today.
