I know it can't be menapause, what else could it be? It usually lasts for 3 or 4 minutes and sometimes i even get quite sweaty.

Sounds like blood pressure to me....and I am 40! LOL....But you don't have to be "40" to get it. If you are stressed alot, you can get it. It is even hereditary. It is also nothing to mess around with. You should see your doctor and get checked. ASAP.

Problems with your thyroid can cause hot flashes. Call your doctor and make an appointment. A simple blood test can determine if this is the cause or in rare cases women can start menopause at your age due to hormone imbalances that can be controlled by giving oral hormones. Hope this helps

could be menopause because i went through early menopause i was 25 when i did but it could also be high blood pressure or other health conditions

Hot flashes are mostly caused by the hormonal changes of menopause, but can also be affected by lifestyle and medications. It happens when there is a drop in estrogen levels. Have you also noticed a change in your appetite and/or sleep cycles.

It happens to everybody, when you are nervous you blush, when your hot your face turns red, and sometimes i'll just be talking to people and i'll get hot and my face turn red, because i am shy, and there is no way to cover it up

i get something like that but my heartrate skyrockets too most times 200+ bpms seen doctor still dont know what it is
