how can i get my teeth white.i had my braces off today and the dentist cleaned it a bit but if i go again it will cost me £28 ,i havent got that much cash.

You can get a teeth whitening kit from Boots, although they are pretty pricey. If you're a bit skint try a whitening toothpaste, although I've been using them for years and I reckon my teeth are no whiter!

soda...or lemon..its a good bleaching ingreidinet...if yor talking about the past thing that your braces were stuck on with you need your denist o take it off..i had some left on..or you can use colgate whit strips..or they have whitening sticks in boots or superdrug about a tenner..try thm

Your teeth feel slimy huh. it was wierd when I got my braces off..my teeth felt like slime. Now for the whitening try Targon and Brush like crazy.

Try using pearl drops everyday after brushing normally. Its only £4 a bottle! Give it a go!

Use a whitening toothpaste, don;t smoke, don't drink coffee, and buy a whitening kit. They sell them in drug store everywhere. Good luck

bleach and a brillo pad, joking lol, just buy some tooth paste with the white thing in, they do work and brush them for about 20 mins, works for me

I don't know if they have them where you are, but I used Crest White Strips, they cost $20 here at Walmart, and if they worked on my coffee, cigarette teeth, they will work on you.
