I think I know what is your problem - social anxiety. It is tied to every social situation, you being the center of the attention, you get all the physical symptoms of it. My fiance has social phobia, and it is good to know that it is curable but it's a big struggle. See if you can go to therapy for it, it really helps! Also , DON'T try taking meds on your own, coz you can only make things worse.
Here are some symptoms of social anxiety:
1. An extreme fear of a situation in which you have to meet new people or you may be scrutinized by others.
2. The feared social situations are experienced with intense anxiety or avoided entirely.
3. The anxiety-provoking social situation causes physical symptoms like blushing, sweating, shaking, trembling, tense muscles, shaky voice, dry mouth or a pounding heart.
If you can relate to them, it's most likely you have it. All I can do in that point is give you this site to see you are not alone and to maybe get to know more about your problem, and talk to people in same situation (it's always good when you can let it all out! :)), also I can offer you my email, if you need someone to talk to, please feel free to write me, I would be glad to help: lina_girl06@yahoo.com
All the best! :)

Breathe in until you count to four and breathe out until four as well. I get nervous a lot, I sometimes get scared because my body is playing tricks on me.. or if I'm worried about my parents. Just a few seconds ago I was shaking like crazy. Now I'm very calm.

It sounds like you might have a glucose problem. If the shakes come and go at different times. If they are permanent, then it must be something else. Eating something with a high sugar content might help if it is a low blood sugar problem. I would strongly suggest seeing a nutritionist because there might be something really messed up somewhere.

sounds almost like panic attacks....try breathing... my Dr. gave me a breathing exercise.... breath slowly but deeply counting to 5, then hold your breath for 2 counts then breath slowly out for 5 counts. Do this 4 or 5 times it helps to slow your heart rate down when it's beating really fast.

Yes, maybe you have a deficiency in dopamine which is the problem that people with Parkinsons have. Or your just having panic attacks/anxiety.
