Hey guys i had unprotected Oral sex with my girl friend, Im getting all paranoid, some times my head gets a little dizzy , and somewhat i feel tired every now and then. Also last night i found a small little bump on the shaft of my penis, the bump isnt really all that visible , but it hurt when you touch it and i also have pelvic pains but no pains when i urinate. Is this herpes? Warts? Please help me.....

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. it sounds like you have already found the answer because if you look up the signs you have them and I would say you have it for sure but I do not think you got them from your girlfriend or from that one time that you say you did with her I would say it could have came from someone from sometime ago. It isn't warts which I am not to sure what is worse and how go and get tested and find out for sure then that way you can tell your girl that she needs to get tested .

A sore bump sounds like it could be herpes.Does your girlfriend have herpes?If you do have it,thats it,no going back.Take care of yourself,take vitimins and do not have unprotected sex of any kind with anyone.
