You use it instead of tampons or sanitary towels. It's a bit like a diaphragm, made of silicone, and it sits where a tampon would. It's re-usable, and is supposed to last ten years, so you're not putting mounds of sanitary towels into landfill. I saw one in Boots, costs about £18, and just wondered, has anyone tried one? Does it leak? Does it seem hygienic? There are two models on www.salveo.co.uk (go down to menstrual cups). Would be useful to hear experiences. Thanks.

I have some small red marks, blemishes, looking like freckles on my arms. I got it 3years back and the red marks are not going. Dermatologist told me it's a skin asthma. Can you expound what skin asthma is and what are the remedies for it. My dermatologist gave me some skin cream but it was unsuccessful.

recently our family doctor has placed her on a hormone replacement therapy program she has always been so sweet but now she has become violent and mean I suspect she may be drugging me..recently I have been falling asleep very early right after dinner and waking up with bruises on my face and body when i ask her about them she screams at me..im frightetened I have been hiding in our daughters room all week

i sometimes wake up with real dark bruises, i didnt drink any alcohol the night before or got into anything physical but i sometimes wake up with a real black bruises, and the funny thing is it doesnt hurt at all like any other bruises, and also it would stay there for weeks.

I am a diabetic and I take Lyrica which is for neuropathy pain. One of the side effects is swelling. My ankles,feet and legs all the way to my knees stay so swollen I can hardly walk sometimes. It has gotten very painful. I feel like I have to have this medecine though that pain was unbearable.What can I do other than learning to live with it?

I just started on a different shift im working 1 pm till 9 pm and i really dont care for it. it feels like im just wasting my life i dont get the evening off. whe i get home its dark and every one is going to bed and there is nothing to do and i get lonely. i know i will get on the night shift or morning shift eventually but im just wondering if any one else knows what im talking about with working the after noon shift?

like he moves around and hits everything EVERY time he dreams or sleeps or whatever. I know it's normal, but his movements are beyond violoent, is this some sort of problem and how can it be treated?? Please help. . .he's just so. . .annoying

Medically I think I got screwed from the start was diagnosed with sleep apnea when i was 25 they say I have had it all my life. I was born with a small throat, they could tell by all the scarring in my throat. sleep apnea causes weight gain, increased appetite, fatigue, sleepiness, heart attack, all the good things that make you fat.
I managed to lose 70 pounds last year, i worked at a gym, then got pregnant and gained it all back, now I have diabetes. I am so tired of being hungry all the time. So I am thinking of having that Lap band surgery, BTW I take care of my husband and baby, I also exercise 3 times a week and do yoga, im 32 years old 5'6 and weigh close to 320. I know a few fat lazy people, I am not one of them. What I am saying is some fat people don't have a chance in hell, I believe I am one of them, what do you think?
