It doesnt go away, it doesn't itch, it isnt a scratch, it doesnt smell...BUT it doesnt look good either? WHat could it be and how do i get rid of it!

Obviously no one here will be able to know what it is since they are not doctors and if they were, they couldn't diagnose it without seeing it.
Having said that pigmentation on any part of the body can and often does occur. It can be as benign as "liver spots", to a chemical reaction (e.g. silver nitrate contact) to something more sinister.
Just see a dermatologist and they'll give you the best advice. If you don't want to spend the money, then don't worry about it. But on the off chance that it is something bad, the doctor's bill will be the best money you ever spent.

You may have precursor signs that show up in people before they are diagnosed with diabetes. You need to see your family doctor or dermatologist.

go to the dr only he can really tell you what it is you could a a rare form of cancer go to the dr.
