I have an hourglass shape, (i.e. bigger hips, bigger bust) and I wondering if there were actually exercises to make the smallest part of your waist smaller, or for your body to just appear more 'curvy' in general.

i work midnights and if wake up early to run id only get 5 hours of sleep where as if i ran b4 bed i wouldnt lose sleep becuz i lay there for thirty minutes anyway(not on purpose i just cant sleep)

I was at the doctor for really bad pains which just ended up being severe constipation. Well, now it's been 4 almost 5 days since I've passed a bowl movement. I got a prescription that is like Metamucil (sp?) but stronger and it's not helping. I've also been changing my diet to add in more water and more fiber. How much longer should I wait to go back into the doctor?

My sense of smell is really poor and decreasing by time and im only 17! Yes, I picked my nose a lot when I was younger but rarely now.

I remembr hearing about this on TV (I think 20/20 or dateline - my memory is bad too) but I don't remember what was recommended. So I know solutions but what?

I've tried Crest premium whitestrips and after using them my teeth hurt TERRIBLY bad for nearly 24 horus feeling extremely sensative.
