i work midnights and if wake up early to run id only get 5 hours of sleep where as if i ran b4 bed i wouldnt lose sleep becuz i lay there for thirty minutes anyway(not on purpose i just cant sleep)

From my experience , working out makes you feel more energetic and fresh ..i guess it will take you more time to sleep and for me ..it is impossible to sleep after working out ...i don't like waste the good spirit after working out in sleeping !

If you have time to exercise before bed, which is not a good idea, then you have time to exercise in the morning, just go to bed earlier.

I've been recommended not to exercise right before bed time. At least an hour.
