As the paper was in contact with the outer side of the condom(which probably had vaginal secretions),the paper maybe came in contact with the tip of my pennis.Do you think i put myself at risk for hiv virus?

As soon as the HIV virus leaves the body, it is pretty much dead. The concern would be more for HPV or herpes with genital secretions.

Gees! why would you allow this girl to take off the condom? be responsible to the end. Anyhow possibility you did expose yourself to contracting a STD so be most alert when having sex not feeling unsure go take a test.

Why are you having sex with someone who makes you this nervous? You are maybe at risk, why not go to the doctor and tell him what you are asking here. Also, reevaluate your choice of girlfriends.

possibly I guess she didn't have latex gloves or know how to use
them if she had .......time will tell...next time follow through your clean up with more care as I suspect you already have figured out
