They can do surgery to stop the sweating and the odor I think you have to go to an Endocrinologist

I know it has alot to do with hygiene, hair, and diet.

1. Take a bath regularly.

2. Shave. There is also a laser treatment that permanently removes hair.

3. Stay away form pickled foods and anything else that's verrrrrry strong flavored. This food has a way of seeping through pores.

4. Drink at least 4 cups of water a day. Keeps your body fresh and perspiration isn't as waxy.

5. Wear loose clothing.

Take a shower every day, and wear antiperspirant/deodorant.
The smell is caused by bacteria that live all over your body. Even if you killed the particular bacteria that are under your arms right now, more bacteria would get there from the environment. Bacteria like to be warm and wet, so if you use antiperspirant it will inhibit their growth and smell.

Bath with a deodorant soap and use a good antiperspirant with deodorant.

You can go under the knife and have your glands removed. Better to use deodorant ...a good one.
