It smells very bad in the morning and it burns when I pee. What could this mean?

I am 4 days late
slight dull tiny little cramps
increased vaginal mucus
dry skin
acne
sore breasts
bloating
tired
sore feet

I have suddenly been experiencing these in the past few weeks.
We had unprotected sex around the day I ovulated because we are trying to get pregnant. Are these signs of pregnancy or that my period is going to start?

If there's a medical oncologist reading this, here's the remainder of that CT scan: "A large lytic lesion is seen in the sternum with lobulated soft tissue components in the deep subcutaneous soft tissues as well as in the prevascular space. The soft tissue components appear to infiltrate the adjacent segments of the right pectoral and intercostal muscles. i am a 20 years old male,i have been practicing sport since i was a little kid,i have a sport injury,my right hand muscle below the elbow directly above ny hand is torn badly,and my left knee muscle is the same,it is torn also,i used to practice sport since a long time,from many years since i can remember,but this is the first time i have a series injury,the torn muscles in my left knee and right hand have been 10 moths old now,and they do not seem to get any better since than,i have stopped practicing sport since the injury,coz when i did push up after the injury,a bone seemed to stick out clearly of my hand,and my hand hurts,and i lose flexibilty in my right hand since the bone sticked out clearly,but i am still able to continue doing push ups with pain,the skin is still intact,and the color of my hand is still normal,i went to three different bone doctors and i did an x-ray to my right hand,but the bone seemed normal,the 3 doctors said that the problem seems to be in my torn muscel,

I have smoked weed for years randomly, maybe 2 or 3 hits- 1 or 2 times a week and I am a runner, I run 5-10 miles five times a week, I am 5'10- 128pds. I have been drinking a gallon of water a day for 4 days- the last time I smoked was 7 days ago... I have to take a drug test Tue... could I pass?

How can i stop eating? I can't stop once i start even when i feel like i can't eat another bite. I have gained 10lbs(in two months) since this has started. I have always had control over my food intake until recently and don't know why all of a sudden i lose control and eat whatever is around. I noticed a spider bite Wednesday morning on my thigh. Didnt think much of it. Thursday morning I woke up with one on the bottom of my bottom. They both looked like normal spider bites. The ones that itch a little then go away. Friday I woke up and they were both swollen pretty bad and hurt. I went to a doc Friday afternoon. She perscribed me antibiotics-CEPHALEXIN-. It is now Sunday and they both still look awful. I think the one on my thigh is getting worse. Should I ride the antibiotic highway and wait or should I go have someone else look at it. I have been putting-ICHTHAMMOL OINTMENT 20%- on it. Brought out a glob of pus and blood the 1st time but nothing the 2nd time. All serious answers appreciated. Thank You!!!

I recentley looked in the mirrior, about a week or so ago to find a red spot had developed on my neck.
I thought mabey a bug bit me or something and ignored it. It has gotton bigger though and when I spent the night with my friend he said it looked like a ring worm. No, that deadly sickness, but a litte fungus. He said his wife used to have some on her leg a couple of years ago.
But mine has gotton bigger and bigger, should I be worried?
What should I put on it?
