A myometrial fibroid is a benign (meaning non-cancerous, so don't freak out at the next word) tumor in the myometrium, which is the middle layer of the uterus. The 2.8x1.9 means its size... without knowing what units your doctor used, I can't say how big it is. 2.8x1.9 in centimeters would be about an inch on a side, a fairly typical size.

A lot of women have these... something like 1 out of five will have them at some point. They can cause you to bleed excessively or when you are not getting your period.

I'm wondering if they are taking into consideration the 8% of her vote in Ohio that were republicans. If so, those people were already planning to vote for McCain anyway. You also have to question how they came up with those numbers. Did they phone registered Democrats? Did the phone registered voters in general? Was this taken from exit poll data? Where they truly random?

this is the measurements of a fibroid or growth in the inner lining of a uterus, round in size.

sounds like a small uterine fibroid. usually measurements in centimeters. not cancer.
