SORRY TO HERE ABOUT YOUR LOSS, PHYSICAL INJURY IS A LOSS. I would say allow your body to heal, don't push your self. Go see a surgeon or a diff. Dr. they are all people just like us, WE don't always agree. I would say empower yourself with medical info. It's easy on line, look @ web MD. they are a great site.Knowledge is power. know your option's and make a recovery game plan. Arm yourself my friend and fight to get back your health, remember it takes some time to heal, that is the hardest part if you are a go getter, we want it NOW!! be good to yourself don't take every body's advice @ face value if you do you might get screwed. be careful and research yourself it's well worth the time.don't give up. Try swimming for now if you must stay active.

Stick your hand in cold ice water then in hot water. Do this reapetadly. Reason: The muscles will contrac in cold water and will open in the warm. Doing this is likespeeding up muscle regeneration. Its worked dozens of times for me. And Im on a track team!

Good Luck Dude!

your muscles and tendons are what keeps your bones in place. since you have torn your muscles, it may be that they are not strong enough to keep your bones in place especially when you are doing excercises.
