The best person to answer that question is your doctor .Make a appointment with him and when you go ask him what the report means ;he should have told you already when you were there.Or get a second opinion from another doctor.The bottom line is when it has to do with your ovaries or your health in general you should always ask what it means.(doctor;s think that you can understand there lingo but truth is we can;t and you should really go back and ask;or you will never no.

That reports means they can see them and there's nothing wrong with them on either side.

Discretely means they can see them clearly (sometimes you can't see organs clearly because another organ is in the way, but that isn't the case here.) Bilaterally means 'on both sides.'
