DO NOT put the food on the table. Dish it up in the kitchen so you have to get up to get more.
Eat more protein and fewer carbs. Carbs do not satisfy you as quickly as protein. The ideal meal is actually a piece of meat about the size of your palm, a quarter cup of vegetables (raw or cooked) and just enough carbs to fill up the cracks.
Eat fruit away from other foods. Instead of reaching for chocolate, try drinking a glass of water first and then eat a piece of fruit. If you still crave chocolate after, have some.
Some of this food craving is a seasonal thing. Your body wants to pack on weight for the winter. You can lessen the effect by turning on more lights, exercising more, and taking vitamins C, D, and A.

i think you! keep the undesirable stuff saved away, and purely have one an afternoon. Or extra valuable yet, in case you actually can't provide up, do not even purchase undesirable stuff! And remind your self that that's no longer healthful to eat 30 cookies!

You may have what's called Binge Eating Disorder. It's an eating disorder that's almost the same as Bulimia, but without the purging. You might need to talk to a therapist to see what's causing you to overeat.
