Sometimes after I eat pancakes or something like that I get sharp pains in my shoulder and around my heart ... does this happen to anyone else or just me?

My eyes and mouth feel dry, my lips are chapped, my eyes seem sunken in and my skin doesn't feel very soft.. I don't like water so sometimes I go for a long time without. Is this dehydration? Will these symptoms go away if I drink water? How long will it take?

i cut my finger on a plastic video case few days ago as it fell off a shelf,the cut had plastic bit in there i got them out.since then my finger is brusing and it has this pain in now and again which is a very sharp pain,could there be more plastic in finger,also it it hurts to bend

I had a hysterectomy back in July and I know there is still healing going on. I am a surgical asst. so I understand the anatomy and procedure and limitations, but I still have a question. I'm 34, in good health, reason for surgery was uncontrollable bleeding and endometriosis, and pelvic pain. My husband has a large penis and I continue to have painful intercourse. Is it possible that the cervical cuff can not accomidate his size, or is it just part of the healing process?

Ive been going out with her for some time and she stoped smoking last summer. i made her promase me that she wounldnt smoke and now she is realy wanting to smoke and idk if i should just let her cuz i feel like it will change our relationship like i would see her less cuz she has to go smoke at someones house and if she did i couldnt see her hurt herself like that. or like if she dose it then i dnt want to be kissing or huging smoke. i love her to death and idk what to do and if it gets to out of control i think i mihgt break up with her can anyone give me some advise on what to do??

My friend thinks she's fat and it's really annoying! I try to support her in the best ways possible, but she won't eat anything! She's not even on the heavy side at all, and she keeps saying she can't get guys, so she needs to be thin and I am close to tears now of what she has been doing to herself!!! He will have a tracheotomy performed in a couple of days, besides what doctors tell us is there anything else that we should know or look forward to. He just turned 36 years old a few days ago. Doctors haven't gave him a life expentancy, we believe in God and hope for the best. He will undergo chemotherapy and radiation.

I get the pimple it goes away then after a cople of weeks I get it in the same spot. After the pimple goes away the spot is still red and there will be bump. I have this problem mostly in fall and winter months. I the summer time my face is pretty much clear of pimples. Please help

I can't do anything right. All I do is cause problems for the people I care about the most. I'm so tired of all this. I know it will hurt them but I just can't do this anymore. I'm in so much pain right now and I can't imagine anything ever getting better. I've been to therapy and I'm on medication but nothing really seems to be working. Is it selfish for me to kill myself? I was wondering what this could be from ...Im not sure Im late on my period because it has been flucuating from month to month due to different reasons. Im sure as all of you ladies know a lot of things can effect when our period of the month decides to come around. Well anyway Im thinking I might be a couple of days late but I was wondering if there were any reasons as to why my breast feels a tid swollen and sore. Not both just one and on one side. Ive heard women describe the senstivity when they become pregnant and Im not sure that this could be the case with whats going on? Have been using "bazuka gel" but progress is excruiatingly slow.

I know that the duct tape trick thing works, but the stuff that I have found in the UK just will not stick to the soles of my feet! I've also tried electrical tape and Scholl plasters but nothing stays put.

What can I use? Verruccae can be very frustrating!

my sister is a type 1 diabetic....she had a severe seizure at her high school about two weeks ago...she needed a shot of insulin also because she was almost 500....and NO ONE at that school is trained to give her a shot of insulin...........there are 2 nurses for 6 schools....and one has to be at one of the schools full time.....and that school is not even 5 minutes away from our high school...THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE

on thursday i had a paragard IUD put in, and afterwards my doctor told me to watch for a few warning signs of possible infection or embeddment. since thursday i've had spotting and dried blood coloring when i pee, mildly painful cramps, and stomach cramps, too. i have no fever or headache, but feel overall crappy. can anyone tell me if those signs are normal because i can't really afford to go to the doctor if nothing's wrong with it.
