Hi -
I had a partial hysterectomy 4 years ago. They left one ovary so I could avoid Hormone replacement therapy. I am now 42, I have bipolar and I have recovered from a double mastectomy. I am either irritable or depressed.How can I tell when menapause will rear it's ugly head?

So here is the problem. I recently came off depo provera (1.5 weeks now) and 4 days ago i noticed i am making breast milk, a lot of it but it doesnt leak into my bras, you have to actually squeeze it out. Anyhow i took a pregnancy test at the dr and they said i am not pregnant. I asked what it could be and he wanted to do blood tests and a test for prolactin....he wont tell me whats wrong with me because he said it might freak me out. He did a blood prego test as well and now i have to wait 2 weeks before i know anything. Has anyone had this happen to them or know what it possibly could be?

Im desperate!

I am 44 and feel my vision has deteriorated recently. I now wear progressive lenses. Have diabetes, but doctors say I have no diabetic retinopathy.

With all the fuss about trans fat and how bad it is for you, I was thinking, there's got to be a specific reason food companies partially hydrogenate oil. It has to be cheaper or something, I was just wondering if anybody knew exactly why they do it and how it benefits the food companies.

I have a problem, which I admit I am (so far) embarrassed to go to the docs about. Its basically itching around the top of the anus area. I only get it 1-2 times a month (for a few months now), and it normally comes on following me going to the toilet (No 2's), and sometimes the itching can be very intense. I haven't changed loo paper or soap or anything so it can't be that. I usually end up applying talcum powder or cream or something to try and relieve the itching. Anyone know what it could be?

I hope I can explain this as easy to understand as possible.

In 2004 while living in Oil City, I had a tooth (molar) that had a cavity. So I got it filled and I thought I wouldn't have to worry about it again. Wrong...a couple months later, the filling fell out. My orthodontist pointed this out, so I went back to my regular dentist to have it repaired. One night when I was able to go to sleep, I had the WORST TOOTHACHE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!!!!! I had to take a lot of pain medicines for it all night and into the next day because it hurt so bad. Then, on another visit to the orthodontist about 2 days later, he notices the filling is missing again!!!! So, since now I'm living in another town (Erie/North East), and I have a new dentist and I go to her to get the tooth filled a 3rd freaking time!!! That was in December of 2005. So, I actually thought that I could just get it filled and not have to worry about it! I'm wrong again. In

I have been on orthra evra for nearly 9 months now. The week when I began my cycle for the month of august of course, I took the patch off for my 4th week. I ended up getting pregnant :)

When I don't have the patch on for my 4th week (the week of my eriod) does that make me fertile or increases my chances of getting preg.?

Just two years ago I weighed around 125 pounds, and around the same height. I always feel the need to lose weight. Alot of the weight i've gained has been musle from weight training class and sports but I remember saying to my freind if I ever weighed 140 i'd kill myself! I wont kill myself but.. I have stopped being as active, highschool is over, no more weight training class, basketball or volleyball. Its near to winter now.. so its kinda tough trying to run in the cold, I hate it. And I feel fat and out of shape when I start running or playing volleyball. GRR!
