I have no idea, but I would see a doc if it continues. One thing I have learned: nothing is too embarassing for doctors--they have seen it all and I am sure that they will not view this as embarassing, but certainly annoying and can prescribe something for you. Good luck!

I am sorry you have this distressing problem /
you may have a mild form of piles( Hemorrhoids)
go to the pharmacy and see if you can find,
some Germaloid or Anusol cream,
this will give you some relief.
I f you still need something more effective ,
i suggest you try suppositories of the same make
, ( follow the directions carefully )
If this does not solve your problem, after a week or two .
Then you will have ,to bite the bullet
and go visit your Doctor for further treatment .
they are well used ,to treating any part of your anatomy,
and will be most sympathetic with you .
i hope you soon feel better

I think you may have piles. Basically varicose veins in \ near the rectum. Keep the area clean, use a bidet if you have one and use an over the counter remedy. Please confirm with your Dr, he\she will not be embarrased and will put your mind at rest. Varicose veins itch like mad and you don't want to cause a secondary infection by scratching. It's a relatively minor problem and more common than most people think and easily sorted. Watch that diet though, not too much fat and plenty of liquids (non alcoholic) and don't forget the fibre. Good health and good luck xxx

Try using Andrex moist after normal loo paper. Polishes the old bum up a treat!
Could also try Germoloids ointment.
Or if that doesn't work, try an anti-fungal cream from the chemist.
3 possibilities that I can think of:
1. You just need better hygiene/cleaning (hence the Andrex moist).
2. You have mild piles (Germoloids would help this).
3. You have a bit of a fungal infection (anti-fungal cream would help).
Good luck - few things worse than a sore bum!
And if none of this works - see your doctor. He's getting paid an absolute fortune - make him work for his money!

I get this only very occasionally and it drives me crazy. It doesn't happen often enough for me to go to my GP. I apply a hydro-cortisone cream which stops the itching. Try to see if there is an association with what you've been eating and the itching. Otherwise so long as it's not happening all the time, don't stress about it. In severe cases, an ice cube will relieve the itching too.

Do not be embarrassed about seeing the doctor. It`s what we pay our tax and national insurance for and your health is of prime concern. I had a weak flow passing water some years ago,no pain just once passed blood.Turned out to be bladder cancer and no one was more grateful than me for the attention that I received.See your doctor. DO IT. I hope for your sake it`s nothing. Better safe than sorry. All the very best.

It sounds like it could be an anal fissure which is a split in the delicate lining of the anus or rectal area.
I really would urge you to go to your GP as though it sounds more irritating than anything, your GP will recognise it right away.
I went to my GP, totally embarrased and he said don't worry, he usually sees a lot worse, male and female bits, not long after his cornflakes!
You know it makes sense to go - good luck!

Keep the area as clean and dry as possible, when you have a b/m use a wet wipe afterward to thoroughly cleanse the area, talcum powder after shower, etc helps also. Try a different laundry detergent also or maybe use less. Clothing may not be rinsing thoroughly. If it persists speak to a nurse, go see a doc.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/Vc32P
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

You should go to the doc. It could be hemorrhoids or even a parasite. They would best know how to diagnose and treat you. Don't be embarrassed, trust me, they hear this sort of thing all the time.
