Just two years ago I weighed around 125 pounds, and around the same height. I always feel the need to lose weight. Alot of the weight i've gained has been musle from weight training class and sports but I remember saying to my freind if I ever weighed 140 i'd kill myself! I wont kill myself but.. I have stopped being as active, highschool is over, no more weight training class, basketball or volleyball. Its near to winter now.. so its kinda tough trying to run in the cold, I hate it. And I feel fat and out of shape when I start running or playing volleyball. GRR!

When I was in school I learned that a woman was supposed to weigh 100lbs. at 5ft. Add 5lbs. for every inch after that. So you should weigh 150. You are not fat! Actually, you are a little underweight.

well u should weigh 145 actually my brother is that excat same height and weight as u and his doctor told him to gain 10 pounds ur not fat and u should eat more....... yummy and fun too lol

You are not overweight you might even be close to underweight so don't stress to much. Just start exercising and staying in good physical condition.
