Just two years ago I weighed around 125 pounds, and around the same height. I always feel the need to lose weight. Alot of the weight i've gained has been musle from weight training class and sports but I remember saying to my freind if I ever weighed 140 i'd kill myself! I wont kill myself but.. I have stopped being as active, highschool is over, no more weight training class, basketball or volleyball. Its near to winter now.. so its kinda tough trying to run in the cold, I hate it. And I feel fat and out of shape when I start running or playing volleyball. GRR!
