I was wanting to know how to live in this situation. I have a 5 & 6yr old and I want to be around to see them grow up. I never let them see my pain but they tend to sense it. I want to know if there is a really good program that can help me without shoving meds down me. The medication is part of the reason I am having my problems.(Side Affects) I am only 39 years and I there is a lot of things I still want to do but my body due to the pain I am always in will not allow it. I am an 18 year Army Veteran. Plus I am Air Borne. So you know there are back problems as well. I don't want pitty. I want serious answers. I would like to go back to school and finish my degree. Then go back to work. My son and my daughter know that I am retired but they even said that I should go back to work. They know that I am retired but they also know where my heart is. Children are very smart and we some times take that for granted. We should listen to them more. And this is the main reason I ask.

It's like this, I just started EXCEL gym(sp?) in my school and we just started doing really hard warm-ups,jogging for 10minutes a day,lifting weights,etc. I already consider myself a weakling because I never benchedlifted before and 2days ago I discovered I can only lift the bar up and down 3times. But by the end of the day I managed to attach 2.5 per side of the bar up and down.

BUT ANYWAYS,for the past 2days though I have huge cramps on my thighs, the front of them. They hurt whenever I walk and everything. Ovisally it's the weekend so should I still excersize even though my thighs hurt and arms hurt also.

By the way I am 5ft 5inches tall,16years old,and I weigh 110lbs. If that info was needed.

Hi! my 6 year old child gets asthma when she has a cold, it usually starts by building up mucus/pleghm leading to the narrowing of the airways causing chest spasms and asthma, I control the production of mucus with preventer inhalers but I wonder wether there is any herbal medicine or syrup that my child can take alongside her preventer so to keep steroid at minimum dose, I am worried about the effects of steroids in the long run. Is it better a chinese medicine or Holland and Barrett? or perhaps I should contact a registered qualified herbalist? Thanks for information.

Ok it's like this..insertion is easy and pleasing. But when it comes down to the bang bang- and it feels so good cause I like a good banging. And then the blood starts. I am a little concerned about my b/f about 3 mos ago he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high colesteral. he is know on all meds for this. I am a female, not looking to get too buff but I do want to have lean muscles...I use the hip abuctor/adductor, the large crunch machine which makes you move like a pair of scissors (will look up name next time at the gym), and a few of the chest and leg press machines. I also do an intense 1 hour cardio session on treadmill/arc trainer.

Should I be doing cardio first or weigh-lifting? I have heard different things from different people.

I would like to lose about 50 lbs. I have lost a lot of weight before, but cannot seem to get myself into the weight loss frame of mind. I dont feel like living on fruits and veggies thru the holiday season, but I need to get this weight off before I go see the doctor in May of next year. I dont want to use weight watchers or go on one of those diets where you order your food and it comes by UPS or whoever. I just want a simple diet plan. I am 5'10" tall and weigh in at about 250.

They died at night at the same time. Their mom had been working night shift that day. When she came home she found them both dead in their beds. They slept in diffrent bedrooms but had died at the same time. The autopsy have showed that the cause of the death was due to the immediate failure of many organs which might be caused by unknown poison. But no poison have found in the house on plates and food. They have made a thorough investigation of the case but still have not found the reason of the death yet. Have anybody heard of such cases I mean the death of children with no reason?
What do you think might be the cause of the kids death?

I have a friend who's addicted to Phenylephrine HCl Nasal Spray (Nasal Four). I have discovered that this same medication is distributed in oral tablets as well as nasal spray. If one was to replace their nasal regimen with the oral tablets, will the decongestant tablets be effective so the nasal spray addiction can be broken? Please help!
