I hate counting calories and fat grams.........My Mom gave me some great advise and i have found that this really works.........Don't skip any meals ESPECIALLY breakfast
(that's important brain food)
When you are eating a meal stop before you get that full feeling in your stomach........Always leave the table a little bit hungry because within 10 minutes after you eat you will not be hungry anymore this will cause your stomach to shrink and soon it won't take as much to make you full and always take your time eating. Chew your food up really good, this helps your digestive system not to have to work so hard. Make sure you drink plenty of water. You can monitor your water intake by buying bottled water and keep a count on how many bottles you drink in one day.
P.S. NO FAST FOODS! LOL

Exercise, but not just any exercise.
One of the BEST ways of losing weight through exercise is jogging.
Jogging for 10-15 minutes for about 3 times a week is a good start.
Secondly, diet.
Also, too much of sweet drinks can make a person gain weight. Drink more water. DO NOT skip meals, but instead eat moderately. It is better to have 5 light meals a day than 3 heavy meals a day. Doing this can speed up your metabolism.
Remember, cardio + proper diet = better than just doing one of the two. Losing anymore than 1 or 2 pounds a week is considered unhealthy, so look for a 1 or 2 pound loss at the end of the week. It might not sound like much but its actually 5-8 pounds you can loss per month! If you have alot of weight to loss, you just have to be more disciplined. Keep with the pace and within a year, losing around 70-80lbs shouldn't be a problem.

Eat more veggies and fruit, whole grains, fish and chicken more than red meat, drink plenty of water, and eat and drink less processed stuff. The more ingredients in a food, the more processed it is, especially if it has more chemicals than ingredients you could recognize.
Exercise at least 30minutes, three times a week, make sure you do a good stretching of all muscle groups you are working out, before and after the workout. Make sure there is cardio, something fast paced that makes you sweat, and increases your heartbeat. Jogging, eliptical machine, club-dancing in your living room, etc.
Also, do some weight training to increase the muscles that will burn away fat. Look for different moves, and invest in a various weights so you can add more as you go.

Atfirst the made sum muscle on my body by weight liftin, Than felt energised, and started to work out, like joggin on spot for 2 sets of 30 mins. I walked to school instead of takin the car. Started eatin raw vegies and fruits, stop drinkin beer/alchol...
I used to eat 7 times a day.
I dont kno if i had lost my weight or not but i sure got a healthy, strong, buffed and fit body...

After I removed my gall bladder, body cannot take any more greasy food. I lost at least 8 lbs 1st day after the surgery. Water pills (diuretic) can also take away at least 6 lbs.

Become a vegetarian. No junkfood. Walk and run. If you do this daily the weight will decrease. No fried foods. No soda. Lots and lots of water.
