Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and safely.
Jogging is a good form of exercise to maintain our health. For some, a good exercise to maintain weight.
However, what we eat and when we eat will decide how much weight we gain.
Eating late at night when your body is focused on delivering nutrients to other parts of your body will cause you to gain more weight.. especially at the tummy...
The amount of weight gained may be more than the amount you burn jogging 2.4km.. so you may want to rethink your strategy.
Also, taking a late night snack will cause you to feel overtly awake the next day in the night and you might find that you have a problem sleeping during healthy sleep hours like 10pm at night ;)
If you are looking to lose weight, I specialize at helping people lose weight quickly and easily.. and should be able to help you as well..
I myself did a detox and lost 15kg within 2 months ;)
You can see my before and after pics there:

Your schedule is really screwy. Can't you jog during the day? maybe just before lunch???
For weight loss, I don't think you are doing enough exercise. The body doesn't start burning fat until 30 minutes into exercise, so you barely warm up and then stop. Here is my suggestion:
Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar
Good Luck

If you burn 200 calories by jogging and eat 200 calories afterward, then your exercise was for naught.
Exercise isn't terribly effective at weight loss. If you burn 175 calories walking 2 miles a day, it will take 3 weeks to lose just 1 pound.
Your best bet would be to incorporate a diet that you can work with.

Yes u will eat an apple or banana before u jogging and come home and eat a salad and then go to sleep. you should gain weight if u eat a salad because nothing is fattening in salad. Salad dressing has about 70 or 80 calories in it but be sensable and dont use to much.

I always heard that it was bad on the body if you eat or exercise before you go to sleep. Eating before bed will make you gain weight.

Technically you are supposed to eat after your work out. This is because your metabolism is really fast and your body is still burning calories.
