well, i have a stomach problem i think, i need to know how to solve this issue. whenever i am in my class, i start to have gas in my stomach. whenever i eat in school, right after my sotmach bloats up. i think i need to clean my stomach, i have tried lemon juice but i am afraid it will ruin my stomach after drinking lemone too much. i also think that the stomach problem is the casue of my acne. so can some one help me find some type of herb or home remedy to clean the entire digestive system. plz.

i have also found out that my breath stinks too and i usually get pimples right after eating chocolate or cheese. i heard they are 'HOT" type food which hurts ur stomach. i used to eat cheese pizza everyday in school when i was freshman and a sophmore. but now i have stopped but my pimples are still coming. thye have decreased but not vanished.

What you need to do is change your diet if you don't want to be embarrassed anymore..Leave out fatty greesy foods like pizza. Eat whole wheat bread, vegetables, fruit, chicken breast, fish. Leave out anything that is processed. It is greatly possible that you may be eating one food right after another and your body can't metabolize it at once. In other words, you have a bad combination of food that you are consuming. Each time you eat something. Your body needs time to digest it. Ex) Don't eat pizza, dessert, soda together. Don't drink lemon juice. It can harm your metabolism in the future. The problem is what you are consuming. Your gas has nothing to do with your acne. Listen to your body. You must avoid certain foods in order to take away this problem. We all get gassy by the way. So your not alone. Drinks lots of water to clear your digestive system. Eat salad without the dressing. Only raw veggies, cooked chicken breast, and wholewheat bread to clear your digestive system. Eat slowly. Also, your bad breath is also caused by what you eat and what you don't eat enough of. Again, listen to your body.

First of all, chocolate or cheese are not giving you pimples right away. A pimple takes one to two weeks to emerge from underneath the skin. Actually, food isn't the cause of acne, though most people think it is. Hormones are the cause. To fix your acne, you could try Acutane (a prescription pill), a birth control pill like Diane-35, and some creams that could help like prescription Tazorac. You might be eating too many things that are giving you gas, like beans, whole wheats, too many fruits, dairy, and nuts. If you try cutting some of these down and you don't feel any better, you might want to go see a doctor. You can also take Beano pills which you can get at a pharmacy or Gas-X.

don't eat anything irritating or fattening (when your stomach is upset you make it worse by putting irritating things and grease in it, --no soda, also no lemons for now(although very nutritious) they're acidic and if your stomach is upset it will irritate the lining of your stomach, causinf further damage). once you're ok you can eat anything you want, low fat is preferable. so right now stick to small portions of soup (broth based, not creams), bread (wheat, not white), fruit, water, in other words nutritious home made food, don't stress do and think calming things (believe it or not, stress also contributes to acne, and stomach problems), anyway in a day you should be ok, i also think you might have a mild case of ibs, see your doctor

There is an over the counter medicine called Gas-X. Take it after you eat. It will reduce gas build up and bloating.

If this doesnt help, you really should go see a doctor.

Take your time out of school to enable you see a qualified doctor who will be in a better position to know what is wrong with you.

I had a similar problem.i found out I was lactose intolerant.Try cutting out everything with dairy(bread,cheese) and take a lactose pill before you eat any dairy or a gas pill.

greasy food can cause both. if you still want to clean out your digestive system, eat a bunch of fiber - celery, etc. It will help.

you should defintiely go to a doctor try to drink 1 teaspoon only once a week. Hold your nose so u dont have to taste it! :)>

talk to your doctor, could be a mild case of IBS or could be something as simple as taking beano before you eat.
