Lupus is an auto-immune disease - it attacks by tricking your body into thinking that it's own tissue is foreign matter that must be destroyed.
Autism is a developmental disorder.
"Autism is characterized by impaired social interaction, problems with verbal and nonverbal communication, and unusual, repetitive, or severely limited activities and interests."
The two can both be present in one person, but they are not linked, from any means that I can discover.

If you mean Lupus, systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease. I don't think it has anything with autism but a person may have both. Check WEBMD.COM for more details.
