Well it's according to how tall you are but I would say try a little workout right before bed. Maybe start out with 10 situps and 10 pushups and work your way up. Also don't eat anything for about 1 1/2 or 2 hours before you go to bed. It's not always what you eat that determines the amount of weight you gain. If you eat right before you go to bed then your body has not had time to burn the fat content of the food you've eaten.

Well depending on your height this may not be an issue. If you are 5'3" -5'6" then your weight is fine. However if you are taller than 5'6" then you should eat foods high in saturated fat but not trans fat to gain healthy weight. If you are shorter than 5'3" then you will need to examine your diet and try to limit the sweets as well as anything with corn syrup, high trans fat content, or high sodium. If you eat a lot of sweets, buy a bunch of fruit and try to replace your cravings for the sugar candy or cake or whatnot with say an apple, pear, orange, or anything of the like.

Hope that this helps.
