Kava Kava, you can buy. dihydrocodeine, no -- not without breaking the law and risking being busted. What are your complaints? Where are you hurting so badly? Let us know and we will try to help in a legal way.

dihydrocodeine is a prescription only drug for a reason, and you don't know exactly what your buying through the Internet, if you are in that much pain why not go to your GP

With all due respect, don't buy neither! If you have an as-yet undiagnosed medical problem, please go and see your GP first to get a PROPER diagnosis of whatever it is that ails you. NEVER buy ANY form of medication over the internet - you don't know what you're letting yourself in for.
