According to Swedish researchers, sexual activity can actually increase the risk of a heart attack, especially in those who are out of shape. But because the likelihood of a heart attack occurring is so slim overall, the doctors advise people to proceed freely.
"Sexual activity may trigger the onset of a myocardial infarction," study co- authors Jette Moller and Dr. Johan Hallqvist of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, told Reuters Health. "However, the increase in risk for a healthy person is negligible."

No it just does not have that kind of effect. And if it did then most of the women in this world that are capable of having multiple orgasm would wind up in a hospital thru out the world vowing never to touch a man again. But then again too much of a good thing can be stressful thus causing a strain to the heart. So everything in moderation will not be harmful.

Yes.And so can having sex for that matter.In the US alone,there are numerous cases over the years of men between the ages of 30-50 who have died having sex with their spouses/other women.Why?During sex,adrenaline levels increase in the bloodstream.This not only increases blood rate,but narrows down the blood vessels.With the help of the little blue pill,which further narrows the bloodstream,the heart then has too much stress and a heart attack follows.A stroke may be possible as well,though a person dying of a stroke caused due to sex has not been recorded.Btw,the World Health Organisation recognises sex as a cause of death....and it happens to women as well,btw,though more rarely as women have a lesser chance of heart disease than in men.

Certainly, if you have pre-existing conditions, you can die from the strain of an orgasm, or if you have a blood clot, etc.
