So, you're primary problem when you have had to much to drink is nausea...
well, this is understandable, alcohol can be hard on your stomach...whether its from stuffing your stomach with too much beer or shocking your stomach with too much hard alcohol....
Either way...it probably feels like your stomach is eating itself....[acid build-up?]
1. try pepto bismol....this stuff should coat your stomach lining....
2. Eat simple-carbohydrates....not only are these easy to digest, but they should be soft on your stomach...simple carbs include white pasta, white bread and crackers.
3. Try Ginger tea............Ginger is a great home remedy that should quiet your stomach down.....
4. Get more sleep...when you drink, you upset your deep sleep patterns and your body is not as well rested...even if you spent ten hours in bed.....this lack of sleep could be contributing to the nausea....Not only is your body devoid of vitamins and water, but your body is tired. so of course you feel nauseous.

Drink a wee bit of what you were drinking the night before. In other words, taper slowly, like you would with any drug since alcohol is a drug. If possible, add something with a little nutrition to help your body adjust. For example, you drank a case of beer. For breakfast, have beer and tomato juice.....excellent hangover cure!

Drink tons of water, part of the reason you feel so lousy is because you're dehydrated. Alcohol does that to you! Next time try to plan ahead and when you're drinking alternate your alcoholic drinks with glasses of water to stay hydrated.
