That is a tricky question because today it is becoming more and more normal to see children overwieght, but that does not mean its ok.

How tall are you?

If you are 5'5" or below you are overwieght.

Please take care of this issue while you are young. Go out and get some excerise. If you are not into joining activities, take a walk with a friend or by yourself. Perhaps you have a dog that you can take for a walk after school each day. I use to always take my dog for a walk after school when I was younger and I really enjoyed it.

Also you should take a nutritional class of some sort. Sometimes these problems stem from home when the parents do not have the knowledge to cook proper meals or they just dont care which is not fair to you if that is the case.

Dont get down about yourself though. We all make mistakes and have set backs in life and there is no way that this makes you less beautiful or intellegent. This is a health issue and you want to take care of yourself so that medical issue that can be avoided dont arise. You will be much happier for it :)

It would depend on factors like height and body build. But if your concerned then start a daily exercise program, something simple, like long walks, swimming, or aerobics.
