2 days ago i started to eat less and drink alot of water. now i ve gain 2kgs and i am bigger i can notice it from the jeans i wear and my face. is this water retention? will it be better after waiting for a while? or i drink too much water?

I did the same thing and got a little smiller.

Not sure why you gained weight, but I know you are not drinking too much water. You should always drink a LOT of water. Water is awesome at helping you lose weight.

Maybe you're gaining weight because you're not eating enough? Your body may be thinking you're starving it, so it goes into starvation mode and stores extra fat. If you are eating at least 1200 calories, I have no idea, though. You should probably have between 1200 and 1600 calories a day.

You wouldn't have lost weight in 2 days however your body needs to get used to you drinking extra water. Make sure you are going to the loo regularly, keep it up & you will notice the difference.

exercise and sweat as much as possible you'll sweat it right out. be careful don't drink too much water you'll get headaches and lack dietary supplements

cause you are not eating your body is hanging on to what its got cause it doesn't know when next meal coming. try to eat little and often. increase your physical activity to burn calories, but you really should eat
