So I'm 12 years old, on my period, aching, pissed off, had to just change my skirt because my freaking period decided to get everywhere and confused. Help me?? I don't know how anyone figured it out, but is there like a booklet, or a class, or just a certain person who can tell me how to put a tampon in?? Pads have been very not-cool for me. Thanks. I am 6'0", 141 lbs. Whenever I run track at school I lose weight. My family is big on the low-carb diet, so there are not many carbs in our house, which is what i suspect is the reason i lose weight. What single thing, (or a couple of things) could i ask my parents to purchase that would help me to have fuel when i ran, and to not lose weight?

I look all happy in front of everyone. But Im actually depressed. I feel really alone since I dont have a gf. There are girls that like me, but im so confused as to which one I want. My Partner had this problem when I first met her seventeen years or so ago, she is 50 and Chinese. Our Doctor gave her some cream to rub in and all seemed well until the last few months. As it was so long and several doctors ago, can't remember what she had. Now she is having the same problem, has got one main patch about the size of a £2 coin. She has always had quite a lot of hair loss, when she showers, but this is starting to worry her. Can we please have answers from those with the same problem, or are qualified to answer.

I somehow manage to pop the knuckle of my middle finger out and I think it popped itself back in. Now its crooked and the bottom of the finger(where the knuckle it) is blue-ish. I cant form a straight finger at all with it. I can bend it, but it gives me a shocking pain. So, what can I do to it without going to the docter's?
