I wouldn't give any tea to a child this young. I am not sure what you are trying to fix with the tea, but children, esp. babies, can not clear things out of their systems, through their urine or stool, like adults do. It is almost time for the 4 month shots, so you can ask the doctor then if the tea is ok. If you are having a problem with the baby, you might try asking about that problem. I am sure some of us have already been there and fixed it.
