I have had two teeh pulled recently. I may need to have a third out. I was thinking about getting a partial denture to fill in the space. Can't afford $3,000 per implant at this time and that doesn't include the crown. Any information on partials will be helpful.

I'm trying to get a new drug that just came out prescribed to me, but I don't have insurance. All the medical offices that I have called say that I must pay first before I may speak to a Dr. I'm afraid of leaving empty handed but still having to pay. I'm not cheap, just broke.
Just FYI, it's not pot. It's a legit drug that I need and am currently taking in pill form. I would like to try the injectable.

If i have just recently conceived is it safe tohave a small operation under general aenesthetic?

I need the op badly and have been waiting many, many months for it. I do not know if i want to have this child yet.
My doctor doesnt know i am pregnant... neither does my fella.

My mom has quit smoking and it's been about a month since she's had a cigarette! Yay! I'm very proud of her. The thing is,she can't sleep at night. She tries and tries but cannot get a full night's sleep adn doesn'tn fall asleep until about 5 or 6am. And then she has to go to work at 7:30.

Have any of y'all had this experience and is there anythign that helped? Except cigarettes of course...

She's tried sleeping pills but they make her nauseous, Tylenol PM doens't work either...

PLEASE HELP!

I have a Head ache.

Runny nose: all day long
Throat hurts.

Okay you guys, this is a serious question I'm afraid.

Husband has been telling me for ages now that I suffer from OCD - I'm not sure but it's starting to worry me cos even I know my habits and routines are ridiculous and the smallest task can take me for ages to do eg. always late for work cos I have to keep checking lights etc are off properly, odd numbers scare me, always buy, for instance an even number of fruit at supermarket, i.e. 4 oranges, 2 apples, wouldn't dare buy 3 or 5! If someone offers me, say peanuts, I have to take 2 or 4.

All my tins in the cupboard have to face out the way with labels showing, when hanging up washing, clothes must all be in line with each other, all my clothes must be put in the wardrobe very neatly with hanger facing in the way - I just thought this was good organisational skills? I dont wash my hands like 40 times or anything like that.

I just feel I have to do things in a certain order or something bad will happen.

Any advice?

i always seem to be in and out of the kitchen of a night time, snacking on crisps and other rubbish. I cant seem to help myself even when im not hungry, apart from locking the kitcehn door, or going out of the house what can i do!!

I have been on Lantus for two weeks. Still adjusting to it. I don't have a short acting insulin yet, I have to wait three weeks to see a diabetes educator before I get the short acting dose. Any way I am up to 22 units of Lantus and I am crashing. I woke up at three this morning with a blood sugar of 50. I ate two cookies and had 8 oz of milk. Then today at work (I'm a waitress) I crashed down to 61. I ate three glucose tablets, was ok, then I crashed again two hours later. My question is, what can I eat that will bring it up and keep it there. Simple sugars just crash right back down, but I need something that will bring it up and keep it there for awhile. My doctor is out until next monday. I'm going to take less Lantus tomorrow.

Especially my thighs hurt. Maybe I am not getting enough water? Or I am not eating properly. I live in a noisy apartment unit and I am sensitive to noise so it is hard for me to fall asleep. I feel like I am losing it mentally too. Can't stand the random bangs in here. Poorly insulated for sound.

Im goin into hospital 2mo for an operation it is my 1st operation i am only 18 and am worried, the operation is thyroid which means i have an incestion in my neck the lenght of it across. The risk is losing my voice and cancer. i dont know how i feel.

I've had Urinary Tract Infections in the past, but it's never hurt when I'd pee. Anyway, lately I've been having lower stomach cramps, backaches (not my period/pms) & when I press on my backside below my ribs, where I guess the kidney would be located, it hurts! What could be wrong? Is my kidney about to fail? How would I know if it was on the verge of failing?
