If you lost the weight because of illness, you should be able to put it back on by just eating a good diet. If you want to put the weight on fast, eat a lot of steak and ice cream. Shakes don't hurt either, but it's all bad calories.

if you want to put on good weight eat well and go to the gym to build back your strength. Creatine is a really great supplement to put on weight and build strength fast. your muscles will also need pleanty of protein. whey is the best but soy is ok.

Rapid weight loss or gain is unhealthy.
Better to try to continue eating healthy but slightly increase your protions. Once you start getting close to your original weight, start decreasing your portions to maintain a healthy weight.

Try an all natural weight gainer.......from a nutrition center.....only for a week or so tho......you may gain more than you want!
