Everyday after work I have the worst chocolate cravings. On the weekends I am fine but after work I'm not. I don't even really like chocolate that much...
Sp does the stress of work have something to do with it?

I don't think that working makes people crave chocolate. I used to be fine during the week, but crave sweets (especially chocolate) on the weekends. Of course, I really like chocolate. You may be craving it because there are some kind of "happy feelings" released after eating chocolate they say. I just really like the taste.

There is a psychoactive chemical in chocolate, thiobromine, which gives you a real mood boost for a while after you eat it. That is where the cravings come from.
