i always seem to be in and out of the kitchen of a night time, snacking on crisps and other rubbish. I cant seem to help myself even when im not hungry, apart from locking the kitcehn door, or going out of the house what can i do!!

If u drink lots of water u will be less likely to snack.

You don't have to quit the snaking just substitute what you are eating for healthier choices or find something to keep you hands occupied..a craft, scrap booking, writing a journal etc
