I have a Head ache.
I'm cold and I'm wearing:
Long sleeve shirt
Sweater wool
And a Robe
Runny nose: all day long
Throat hurts.

I can't check my temperature, at a hotel: How can I check myself to see if I have a fever?

Please! I feel soooo Icky! LoL

I sounds like you have a cold. If you are running a fever put your wrist to your forehead if you feel hot by your wrist you have a fever. I recommend taking Advil and lots of water I also recommend Osilliocoxinum. It is a homeopathic cold flu medicine. You can get it at the drug store. It lessens the severity and length of the bug. It is little sugar balls you dissolve under your tougue. I know it sounds weird but it works. Good luck!

First of all, a lot of times hotels will have certain items available. It couldn't hurt to ask at the desk. Second with your symptoms, you probably do have a fever. Try to get as much rest as you can, stay hydrated (drink water or whatever drinks you like, of course not alcohol) and take aspirin to reduce fever and relieve aches and pains. I hope you feel better soon.

Fever or not, you do sound pretty sick.

Some people can check for fever by feeling the patient's forehead, but not many have that fine a sense of touch.

Try drinking hot tea or hot lemon and honey. And eat hot soup. It will harm nothing and might ease your symptoms. Or you might try eating something spicy, or something with onions in it.

Feel better, and good luck!

Find someone you know doesn't have a fever, and check your forehead against theirs. But... from the way you've described, sounds like you can pretty much conclude you do have one.... Good luck, hope you get better soon! :)

Call room service for some hot tea. If there is a drug store in the building, get some aspirin.
