I often think that people are staring at me and I get really uncomfortable. A lot of times lately, this has caused me to spend more time alone than I normally would. I never noticed this problem before, but it has been really annoying lately, and I wondered if anyone knows what may cause such paranoia, and what I could do to overcome it.

Both times I was sitting down, and lasted for like 2 seconds. The first time I was driving, and my vision just went weird, like I was dizzy, and was trying to focus on the moving vision, so my eyes moved so I could try to focus. The second time I was at my computer and my vision did the same thing. Weirdest feeling ever, and I don't like it!!

So when I was driving, I had nothing to eat as of yet, was like 8am. This second time I have a coffee in me, happened at like 9:30am. Is something wrong, or was it a freak thing?

I didn't have much to eat last night, had Kraft Dinner for supper, and was hungry when I went to bed around midnight.
